Patriotic Tie-Dye Fudge

Ingredients
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
4 cups powdered sugar
12 oz white chocolate or white melting chips
2 Tbs coconut oil
red food coloring
blue food coloring
skewer or toothpicks
sprinkles of choice
Directions
- Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with aluminum foil. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time.
- Using a double-boiler, melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil. Stir constantly over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add to the cream cheese mixture. Spread and smooth half of the mixture into prepared pan. Divide remaining mixture into two bowls. Add red food coloring to one bowl and blue food coloring to the other bowl. Stir to combine.
- Transfer spoonfuls of each color on top of the white fudge in the pan. Use a skewer or toothpick to swirl the colors together. Do not overmix. Carefully smooth the top with an offset spatula. Add sprinkles. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Cut into 16 squares.
